Customer :
“Hello this is Houghton Consulting here. H-O-U-G-H-T-O-N. I’m calling about an
order for some business cards. I’d like to know when we an expect them.”
Customer Service :
“Could I help you what the number please, Madam?”
Customer :
“Yes, it’s 762/29B.”
Customer Service :
“One moment please. I’ll just check.
Right here this 762/29B you said.”
Customer :
“Yes, that’s right. Thedelivery day due is Monday the 26 of February. But
the business card didn’t arrived.”
Customer Service :
“Yes, this new any order. I’m afraid this problem with quantity older. We can
to delivery a card next Tuesday morning instead at the 8 Marh.”
Customer :
“Oh no that’s too lat. We’re attending the company conference in Toronto on the
5th of March and we need business card to take with us.”
Customer Service :
“So when is the latest we can deliver a card?”
Customer :
“On Friday the second of the March the latest.”
Customer Service :
“Okay, I’ll speak to the manager and see if we can change the delivery day as
soon as I spoken to him. I’ll call you back, okay?”
Customer :
“Yes,thank you. I’d like expect your call very soon then, thanks.”
